Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Florence, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service by following The Hi Five Guest Experience steps. You will supervise staff, train shift leaders, and oversee daily store operations including POS, cash handling, and compliance with policies.

The role requires the ability to work 37–40 hours weekly, may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, and includes alcohol and tobacco sales responsibilities under state law. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol/tobacco transactions where required.
• Ability to supervise associates and coach staff.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and coach shift leaders to provide The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Handle store administration tasks and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Ensure greeting Guests and maintaining clean, inviting store conditions.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions, and handle cash.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise presentation.
• Maintain store security and compliance with policies.
