Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Dallas is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading sales, operations and security team members to meet or exceed targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience.

This role oversees the store in the Director's absence and requires a mentor, coach, and guest experience mindset to deliver unsurpassed client service. The Team Manager will translate strategy into day‑to‑day actions focused on clients, people and brand desirability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting targets.
• Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships with brand recognition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work in various roles (sales floor, operations).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to meet/exceed targets.
• Lead a climate of service excellence and partner with the Store Director.
• Model Tiffany values and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit.
• Drive client development and personal client relationships on the floor.
• Ensure Tiffany client experience expectations are delivered at all times.
• Oversee back office operations and ensure compliance with procedures.
