Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Miami is seeking a Team Manager to support the Director in leading the sales, operations, and security teams, driving sales targets and elevating the Tiffany store experience.

The role requires a dynamic leader who mentors staff, builds client relationships, and ensures unsurpassed client service. You will oversee store operations in the Director's absence and embody the Tiffany experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition in market.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.).
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets.
• Coach on the sales floor and manage client relationships personally.
• Attract, hire, and retain top talent; set and communicate goals aligned to priorities.
• Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service; maintain procedural compliance.
