Millcraft is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage a small team. You will engage with printing customers, coordinate orders, and optimize inventory with the supply chain while maintaining a secure, welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, customer service excellence, and using ERP/CRM tools to fulfill orders and analyze performance. Experience with Dynamics 365 and MS Office is highly valued.

• Store management with a focus on daily operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staffing to deliver top-notch service.
• Manage quotations, orders, changes, cancellations, and lead times via in-person, phone, email and e-commerce.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and represent Millcraft in interactions.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 to enter orders and access customer and order data.
• Perform sales calls and execute strategies to drive growth.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors to maintain inventory levels.
• Support AR and credit activities as needed.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance across the store.
