Job summary

Millcraft is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day distribution center functions, optimize inventory flow, and drive efficiency. You will manage staff, training, and performance while coordinating with other divisions to ensure accurate, timely product movement.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, budget participation, and strong leadership to foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning across the DC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a paper or packaging environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DC operations to manage inventory flow including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and transport.
• Lead and develop the team; provide coaching and feedback for performance and retention.
• Participate in DC budgeting, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and training; maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with other divisions to ensure timely product placement and inventory accuracy.
