Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of store management experience in retail or related industries.

• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Willingness to work 45–60 hours per week and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service.
