Millcraft Paper Company seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily distribution center functions, from receiving to shipping, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet production and delivery goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on ability to optimize workflows, staffing, and safety compliance in a paper/packaging

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Experience in operations management with a track record of improving efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all distribution center operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality targets.
• Manage budgets and financials for the DC; optimize staffing and resources for cost-effective operations.
