Qualifications

• If store sells firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve sales and profit targets while controlling expenses.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, in‑stock levels and inventory management.
• Develop budgets, forecast trends, and adapt plans to community needs.
• Promote a culture of belonging and develop talent through coaching and performance reviews.
