Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store operations leader in the United States to supervise hourly associates, hire, train, and mentor teams, and drive profitability across the store. Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Lead store operations, communicate goals, and drive performance via budgeting and planning.
• Promote a culture of belonging and recognition among associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues using OBW principles.
