Job summary

Walmart is seeking a this leadership-driven role to guide and develop store teams across operations, customer service, and community initiatives. The position emphasizes actionable coaching, effective communication and hands-on management of store performance metrics.

Responsibilities include directing training, improving processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth in the local market.

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Models exceptional customer service, resolves customer needs and issues, and drives store-wide service initiatives.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, builds stakeholder relationships, and promotes continuous learning.
