Job summary

The candidate will mentor teams, communicate expectations clearly, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to Walmart's values and policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; set clear expectations and recognize performance.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and ensure store operations meet goals.
• Lead and develop teams; provide feedback and implement business solutions.
• Drive store sales and manage P&L, budgeting, and expenses to meet target metrics.
