Job summary

Walmart in the United States is seeking a store leadership role to lead and develop teams, teach training, listen to associates, and drive store operations, customer service standards, and company initiatives.

You will manage budgets, review PL statements, ensure merchandising, inventory flow, and implement action plans to reduce shrink and meet sales goals; provide supervision and development of hourly associates; uphold Open Door Policy and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and promoting a sense of belonging.
