Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience with financial accountability.
• 4 years supervising 50+ nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, including performance management.
• For stores selling firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations, merchandising, and strategic initiatives to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide supervision and development for management and hourly associates across multiple levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and asset protection controls.
• Engage with community and external stakeholders to promote Walmart programs and initiatives.
• Drive store performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
