Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise and develop hourly associates across store operations. You will hire, train, mentor, assign duties, recognize performance, and promote a culture of belonging.

Key duties include leading teams, communicating expectations, and driving customer-centric initiatives aligned with company strategy. You will help manage relationships with stakeholders, oversee staffing plans, and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets while upholding integrity

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring; assign duties and recognize performance.
• Promote belonging mindset and work to meet staffing needs and grow business potential.
• Lead teams by teaching, training, listening and communicating store operations and company direction.
• Ensure customer service standards and Open Door Policy compliance; resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Manage P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and control of expenses to meet sales goals.
