Carter's is seeking a Store Manager in Charlotte to lead our team in providing exceptional service and drive retail performance. You will coach staff, build talent pipelines, and ensure strong merchandising and customer engagement on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, budgets, and KPIs while fostering an inclusive environment and directing omnichannel initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift 40 pounds as needed, stand for extended periods, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
