Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll lead a team, optimize customer experience, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment across the store.

The role focuses on coaching staff, managing operations, and driving sales through strong service standards. You will collaborate with management to recruit, train, and develop the team, while delivering a positive shopping experience and upholding brand merchandising and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omnichannel experience while coaching others to success.
• Analyze the business and drive KPIs with the team.
