Carter’s Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for growing families.

You’ll coach and develop associates, schedule effectively, and manage store operations while embodying our caring, inclusive culture and community presence. You’ll drive sales through talent development, KPI analysis, and effective merchandising, while overseeing payroll, budgets, and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
