Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent; business-related degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Strong professional communication skills and attention to detail; analytical and solution-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with bookkeeping/accounting and HR software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately ten people across departments with respect and integrity.
• Manage store operations to drive sales, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets and optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, labeling, and weights-and-measures standards.
• Provide coaching and development for Department Managers and Receivers.
• Address emergencies and operational issues with urgency and good judgment.
