Candidates should have 1–3 years of retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in business-related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business management, marketing, retail, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations, ensuring programs and processes drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of about ten department managers and receivers with respect and integrity.
• Maintain compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Oversee inventory, labor, expenses, and P&L to meet targets; manage vendor invoicing and backroom organization.
• Communicate policy changes, new initiatives, and product knowledge to teams and partners.
