Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately ten department managers and receivers.
• Direct store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures compliance.
• Coach leaders, supervise scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.
