Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Be 18 years or older with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in department management and merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervise the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising, planning and goal setting with effective communication and teamwork.
• Participate in hiring, training, and development of the Grocery Team.
• Support in unloading deliveries and ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.
