Job summary

PLS is seeking a Store Manager in Inglewood, CA, to lead store operations, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves achieving financial goals, ensuring policy compliance, and developing staff while maintaining a positive store environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, English fluency, and a customer-centric approach, with experience across hospitality, retail, or financial services. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service in the store and building relationships with customers.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture.
• Implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating store team members.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Analyzing financial statements and trends to increase sales.
• Supervising transaction processing, cash drawers, and cash handling.
• Coaching and developing the team according to district plans.
• Marketing within the community to increase market share and revenues.
• Resolving customer complaints if they occur.
• Controlling labor hours and store audits.
• Reviewing policies and training to ensure understanding.
