Job summary

PLS is seeking a Store Manager at our Inglewood, CA location to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive store performance, manage a team, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of retail or service leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in retail/financial services or similar
