Responsibilities include handling transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and assisting customers in a busy store environment. English fluency is required with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to engage with customers and offer products/services
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and process transactions accurately
• Use the POS system to access information and process transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Store Manager
• Contribute to a neat, welcoming store environment
• Perform other duties as instructed by management
