Job summary

PLS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lynwood, CA to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager, recruit and develop staff, and help achieve financial goals while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities include team supervision, cash handling, scheduling, and maintaining regulatory compliance, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience in relevant sectors (hospitality/retail/financial services).
• English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and scheduling.
• Help recruit, develop, and motivate store team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Analyze financial statements and trends to maximize sales.
• Supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
