Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in strategies to meet goals.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, developing, and motivating team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervise CSR activities in absence of Store Manager, including transactions and cash handling.
• Analyze financial statements and trends to increase sales.
• Market within the community to grow market share.
• Resolve customer complaints and improve satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
• Review operations bulletins and trainings to implement updates.
• Maintain a neat and clean store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
