Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team of Department Managers and Receivers in a fast-paced environment. The role demands strong leadership, customer service excellence, and robust inventory control.

You will develop the store leadership team, ensure compliance with safety and labeling standards, and act in the Store Manager’s absence. This is a dynamic position with opportunities for growth within Sprouts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/management degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven success leading both perishable and non-perishable departments including P&L, safety, staffing, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations across all departments.
• Lead a team of roughly ten: Department Managers and Receivers.
• Drive sales growth and maintain top-item knowledge and inventory integrity.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Coach and develop leaders, manage hiring, and supervise performance.
