Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store processes, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee perishable and non-perishable departments, ensuring safety, labeling, and compliance while delivering superior customer service. The role requires leadership of about ten department managers, strong communication, and a track record of managing inventory, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1–3 years retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven success in leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of about ten department managers and receivers.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet sales targets.
