Deckers Brands' HOKA seeks a Sales Lead to act as Manager on Duty, guiding hourly performance and driving customer satisfaction. You’ll open/close, coach staff, and execute brand standards while communicating product knowledge to shoppers.

You will stay current on product technology, handle transactions, monitor inventory, and maintain a welcoming, energetic store environment that reflects the Brand and Deckers values. This role emphasizes teamwork and positive leadership.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly business targets such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
• Open and close the store; partner with store management to provide the best customer experience.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about our Brand and products.
• Stay current on products and product technology; address customer questions before they leave the store.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, manage inventory daily, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised.
• Promote the store and Brand image; maintain a clean, organized back-stock and assist in store administration.
