Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA retail team is seeking a Sales Lead who will serve as the Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store and driving store KPIs during shifts. You will lead by example, delivering outstanding customer experiences and sharing your passion for our Brand and products.

You will stay current on product knowledge, coach team members, manage inventory and cash handling, and maintain brand standards to support growth and a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Brand Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive sales and service targets and motivate the team to achieve store goals.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the Brand and products.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, and act as Manager on Duty when leadership is absent.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; contribute to a positive work environment.
