Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA store in West Hollywood is seeking a Sales Lead to act as Manager on Duty, driving sales and service targets while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will open and close the store, stay current on HOKA products, and promote the Brand image through energetic and optimistic interactions with customers. Prior retail experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive sales targets and motivate team to achieve store goals.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about Brand and products.
• Operate cash register, manage money, check inventory daily, and merchandize per Brand standards.
• Open and close the store and serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
