We seek an Assistant Store Manager who will serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory excellence across our stores. Preferred candidates have 1+ year of sales, customer service, or cash handling experience, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and services that meet their needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash at end of shift; perform deposits as required.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or district leadership when necessary.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone and in person; process applications and services compliantly.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies in daily operations.
