Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries related to general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Conduct outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, balance cash drawer, and assist with deposits.
• Process transactions such as loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete required compliance trainings timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
