Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collections calls per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and process deposits.
• Verify customer information and complete transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings and participate in required duties.
