Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage cash handling, educate customers on the product portfolio, and support store operations under the guidance of the store manager. The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and flexibility to travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services and present options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate as needed.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and manage cash drawer.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
