CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador across our family of brands, ensuring outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on educating customers about our product portfolio, handling cash, processing transactions, and adhering to federal/state regulations while supporting the store team in sales and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district/ corporate if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency; balance batch receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy and verify information.
