Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership or corporate as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and support customer applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and compliance.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Complete required trainings and stay aligned with core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
