Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service across one or more Retail locations. The role focuses on profitability, compliance, and staff leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Store Manager will oversee cash handling, coordinate scheduling, and support recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers within the district, while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations or Corporate Office when needed.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Coordinate store operations, staff development, and scheduling to achieve metric targets.
• Assist in recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in the district.
