Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and handle customer applications/requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls compliant with regulations.
