• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own transportation with valid Driver’s License and auto insurance while employed.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office when unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and perform deposits or pickups as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings as required.
