Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer service excellence in our retail finance outlets and to uphold regulatory compliance across the store environment.

You will educate customers on the full product portfolio, present options, resolve issues with professional escalation, manage a cash drawer, counts, deposits, and be responsible for daily reconciliation; monitor transactions including loans and check cashing, while ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and services and escalate issues when needed.
• Answer inquiries and assist with applications, loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Handle, count, and secure currency; manage cash drawer and deposits; balance end-of-day batch receipts.
• Perform customer verifications and ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold company values.
