Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fairlawn, Ohio to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a engaging, inclusive store environment.

As the Store Manager reports to, you will support training, merchandising, and loss prevention initiatives, while upholding Lids’ standards and delivering a top-notch customer experience.
