Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Strongsville, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver best-in-class service. You will drive sales, manage visual merchandising, and uphold store standards while reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues to 'make it right'.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual guidelines; ensure proper merchandising.
• Schedule and staff the store; participate in training and follow up on goals.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Manage cash opening/closing and daily till accuracy.
• Support inventory counts, product counts, and backroom organization.
• Open and close the store following SOPs; ensure loss prevention.
