Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail leadership or assistant manager experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling shrink and costs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty and lead staff scheduling, coaching, and daily store operations.
• Drive sales strategies, KPIs, and customer satisfaction through effective coaching.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee staffing, performance feedback, and progressive discipline when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, and store cleanliness according to policy.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, point-of-sale accuracy, and loss prevention.
