Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates, set goals, and monitor tasks.
• Maintain store operations, staffing, and adherence to policies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper cash handling during shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
