Job summary

SKIMS NorthPark is seeking a Store Leader to build and inspire a high-performing team at NorthPark Center in Dallas. You will drive store performance, coach the team, and embody the SKIMS ethos in every guest interaction.

You will own P&L and operational metrics, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with HQ to ensure the brand story and product excellence are reflected in the store experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others and drive results.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver welcoming, inclusive guest experiences.
• Coach in real time to elevate service speed and maintain SKIMS culture.
• Embed mission and values into the store experience and educate team members on the SKIMS brand.
• Oversee daily operations, visual execution, inventory, and merchandising with attention to detail.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, and productivity, adjusting strategies as needed.
