SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor at NorthPark Center to lead daily retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, manage floor performance, and ensure store standards, while supporting product launches and inventory control.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced fashion environment.

• Experience leading a team on the sales floor.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to coach others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset and model service on the floor.
• Serve as Sales Floor Captain to drive performance through coaching and zone management.
• Ensure daily tasks and opening/closing procedures are executed accurately.
• Coach team members on selling skills, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback to support growth and learning agility.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs and celebrate wins with the team.
• Monitor inventory levels and visual standards throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture.
