Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader focused on Customer Experience to elevate every guest interaction and uphold our high service standards in Dallas, TX. You will partner with the Store Leader to lead the frontline and drive a memorable, inclusive customer experience.

You will coach your team to deliver elevated service in a high-volume environment, managing coaching, performance, and daily outcomes while aligning with business goals and SKIMS values.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership experience with focus on sales floor leadership, coaching, and driving business results.
• Proven ability to own the sales floor and drive high levels of customer engagement and conversion.
• Demonstrated skill in delivering impactful, real-time coaching and feedback.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and ability to use data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store with a Customer Obsessed mindset and set the tone for welcoming customer experiences.
• Own the sales floor by engaging with customers and driving conversion through selling behaviors.
• Coach the team on product knowledge, styling, and consultative selling using data and KPIs.
