PetSmart, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, ensure a safe environment for pets and people, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role oversees hiring, coaching, and staffing while driving profitability and operational excellence across the store. You will partner with the leadership team to uphold PetSmart standards, manage daily business, and lead a diverse team to meet goals, guest satisfaction, and community engagement.

Qualificações

• 4 to 6 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating.
• Staffing and scheduling with accountability for coverage.
• Developing associates through reviews, recognition, training, onboarding and mentoring.
• Lead store-level operations and ensure safe, engaging pet-parent and associate experiences.
• Analyze operations and drive improvement plans; manage store P&L and expenses.
