Job summary

POP MART, a leader in designer toys and pop culture collectibles, is seeking an Retail Assistant Store Manager in Cabazon, CA. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a growing team, and ensure flawless store operations that reflect POP MART’s premium brand.

You will lead daily duties, champion customer experience, and oversee merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. Experience in retail leadership and a passion for art and collectibles are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and performance metrics.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team on the floor.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand engagement.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and schedules.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
